1. Passenger Transport Services & Fixed Fares
All pre-arranged taxi transfers are provided on an upfront fixed fare quote basis. Quoted fares include all standard freeway toll charges (EastLink & CityLink) unless specified otherwise prior to departure.
2. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
Passengers are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards accredited drivers. Eating messy food, smoking, or vaping inside vehicles is strictly prohibited. Soiling or vehicle cleaning fees apply for accidental spills or passenger illness.
3. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for ensuring all luggage items fit safely inside the designated boot or cargo area. Drivers reserve the right to refuse items that compromise vehicle safety or exceed capacity.
